Credentialing is the process of assessing and validating the qualifications of a licensed independent practitioner to provide patient care. Individual's practitioners are credentialed when they apply for participation in a network and hence have to update every three years thereafter. Credentialing & Enrolment are extremely time consuming and duplicative processes. Practices have to gather the necessary data from their providers to get them credentialed and then submit similar data to insurance companies, hospitals, and payers. Because credentialing initiates the gathering of the provider data that will need to be used for enrollments, hospital privileges, billing, as well as provider directories, practices need to manage the way they track and maintain this data, rather than asking for it from the providers over and over again.

We submit all the data collected from Provider and submit it to each payer as every payer have different process and turnaround time. The Process generally take 30 to 160 days as additional information requested from payer, So we keep track every day and check the status to ease the process.
